Friday-Sunday. The second annual Breckenridge International Festival of Arts is sure to be a visual feast, featuring everything from acrobats climbing a rotating ladder to stilt-walkers wearing 18-foot-tall dinosaur costumes. The 10-day festival, which started on Aug. 12, brings together performers and artists from all over the world to entice fans with music, dance, film and visual arts.
