Portland-based alt-rock outfit Portugal The Man treated Denver to two different, back-to-back looks at the band last summer. It played a show at Red Rocks, but only after it headlined the Bluebird Theater, a venue nearly 1/18th the size of that outdoor amphitheater.

This year, it’s going even smaller. On March 16, the band will play a show for 120 lucky fans at MCA Denver.

You might imagine that seeing a Red Rocks-sized band in a modestly sized art museum would cost you one of your vital organs. But you’d be wrong. The concert is totally free.

The MCA is giving 60 fans two tickets to see the band as a part of an Instagram giveaway. To enter, upload a video of what living in the moment means to you — a play on Portugal The Man’s song “Live in the Moment” — to Instagram. Then, tag @mca_denver, @portugaltheman and @cleonpeterson and use the hashtag #liveinthemomentdenver. Finally, tag three friends and sign up for the MCA’s email list so they can contact you if you win.

The museum will select 60 winners at random on March 12. Keep in mind, no tickets will be sold for this show. So, your only hope of catching a seat is if you can beat the odds in a digital drawing. Just like “Hamilton”!
